"A must visit if you are visiting Oneida, TN. Very inviting location, clean, with plenty of parking available and most importantly, delicious food. The stake and rib combo was delicious and the ribeye steak was to die for. It came to a perfect term and the fried okra and slaw we're just perfect. Our server made sure everything was to our liking and our glasses of sweet tea were always full. Desert was amazing. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a perfect meal."

"First time I had been there since highschool. Great food, service, and good amount of food for the price. Only thing I would change is that the spaghetti didn't have enough sauce. I asked for extra and they brought it to me quickly. That makes it perfect. Thanks to the staff. Went to pick up a call-in order this time. (Another visit) They were really busy so it took a little while to get my order. The food was good so it was worth the extra wait time. Thanks to everyone for the good food."

"Bad experience last time, but this time they have a new cook and I think new staff, as of October 2025. I ordered a Whiskey River steak, okra, and mashed potatoes. The sides were perfect. The potatoes were thick and peppered, my favorite style. The steak wasn’t cooked to my order, but they quickly corrected it and it was delicious. Kinda small, but the thickness and good flavor makes up for it. I’ve always loved this restaurant’s looks. Perfect for Big South Fork country."

"Great foods. Great service. Dining room is screaming for some serious cleaning. Patrons judge the kitchen cleanliness based on the store front. Swiffer dusters can help with lighting fixtures and accessories. Still, I had a great lunch. And I would return."

"We were nearby for a ghost hunt and had dinner here. First, the staff were awesome and the service was great. We felt so welcome. Second, the inside was the perfect cozy spot on a cold, misty, foggy night. The wood furniture and the fireplace had that lodge in the woods feel. Finally, the food was great. It was the team dinner, so everyone got to spend $30. The prices are pretty good unless you do a giant steak, so some struggled to hit that. But, we tried most of the appetizers. I really liked the fried mushrooms. Our ribeye was good. I’m pretty picky about steak and so I usually just cook my own. But, if I hadn’t been in public I’d have picked that bone up and gnawed the bits off of it. An overall outstanding experience."

"This is one of the steakhouses I have been to that offers a drive-thru. You can call in your order and then drive thru to pick it up, which is what I did. I ordered an 8 oz sirloin, mashed potatoes, broccoli and a salad. For take out, it was pretty good. They provided plastic utensils, but you can’t cut the steak with a plastic knife. Since I was in a motel room, I ended up eating the steak Viking style (picking it up with my hands and ripping off pieces with my mouth). Had they cut the steak for me, it would have been better."
